TSL Advisers, LLC ("TSL Advisers") directly holds 18,854 shares of Common Stock of the Issuer, including 117.3 shares of Common Stock of the Issuer indirectly beneficially owned by Mr. Viola through his limited partnership interest in TSL Equity Partners, L.P. ("Equity Partners"), which is a member of TSL Advisers. On March 16, 2012 Mr. Viola acquired 30.3 additional shares of Common Stock of the Issuer pursuant to a capital drawdown notice delivered by the Issuer to TSL Advisers and funded in part by Equity Partners.
