On February 21 and 22, 2012, certain investment funds of which Mr. Hromadko's affiliate, Crosslink Capital, Inc., is the investment adviser, distributed these securities to Mr. Hromadko as part of a pro rata distribution to all investors in those funds for no consideration.
These securities were held by an investment fund of which a limited liability company controlled by Mr. Hromadko is the general partner for the benefit of the investors in that fund. Mr. Hromadko disclaims beneficial ownership of such securities except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein. Mr. Hromadko also disclaims membership in a group with any other person within the meaning of rule 13d-5(b) under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
