Mr. Stivers recently became sole owner of Bowling Branch Investments, Inc., an entity of which he had previously had partial ownership and shared trading authority with the other owners so that none individually had decision-making authority. However, with the acquisition of sole ownership, Mr. Stivers now has full trading authority over the company's activities and may be deemed to share beneficial ownership of the company's securities.
In purchasing the remaining ownership of Bowling Branch Investments, Inc., Mr. Stivers paid an average of $4.86 for the 35,000 MILL shares previously purchased by Bowling Branch, as he paid the same price as paid by Bowling Branch on its dates of original acquisitions of the shares.
