- Pursuant to a Stock Repurchase Agreement, dated September 9, 2011, Greenstar North America Holdings, Inc. ("GSNA") agreed to sell 3.5 million shares of the common stock of Green Plains Renewable Energy, Inc. ("GPRE") to GPRE at a price of $8.00 per share. Under the agreement, GPRE will pay one-half of the purchase price for the shares on September 16, 2011, and the balance of the purchase price on or before December 15, 2011.
