KB Development Group, LLC ("KB Development") gifted 15,000,000 to Max and Monty Israel, the two children of Bijan Israel, a managing member of KB Development, for work they had performed on behalf of KB Development.
KB Development transferred 134,310,017 shares to its two managing partners, Kambiz Mahdi, the CEO and Chairman of Probe Manufacturing, Inc., and Bijan Israel, due to the fact that KB Development is winding down its business and plans to dissolve the corporate entity. Pursaunt to the transfer, Mr. Mahdi received 64,350,670 shares and Mr. Israel received 69,959,347 shares.
