NCSL is indirectly 99.9% owned by FHT for which BB Trustees SA acts as trustee; the directors of such trust are Alessandro Passardi, Jan Rottiers and Arnaud Cywie. Mr. Bjorgolfsson disclaims beneficial ownership of the shares owned by NCSL.
