Fortress Credit Realty Income Trust, a Maryland real estate investment trust (the "Issuer"), issued a capital call notice to BTG Pactual NY Corporation ("BTG New York") pursuant to the Subscription Agreement entered into by BTG New York under which it committed to purchase common shares of beneficial interest of the Issuer. Pursuant to such capital call notice, BTG New York was obligated to make a capital contribution on December 2, 2024, and the Issuer issued 2,243,024 shares of Class B Common Stock to BTG New York on such date.
Held by BTG New York. BTG New York is an indirect subsidiary of Banco BTG Pactual S.A. ("BTG Pactual"). BTG Pactual G7 Holding S.A. directly controls BTG Pactual. The reporting person disclaims beneficial ownership of the reported securities, and this report shall not be deemed an admission that the reporting person is the beneficial owner of the securities for purposes of Section 16 or for any other purpose.
