The Angelica Galkin Revocable Trust, dated April 21, 2018 ("Galkin Revocable Trust") directly holds the shares of Common Stock. Angelica Galkin is the sole trustee and beneficiary of the Galkin Revocable Trust. Angelica Galkin has delegated to Vladimir Galkin the shared right to direct the voting and disposition of the securities owned by the Galkin Revocable Trust.
