Footnotes

This amendment is being filed to report that the transactions on 6/20/11 and 6/21/11 were incorrectly reported as being made by Tibero2 LP. The shares were held jointly by Tim and Alison Robinson, the General Partners of Tibero2 LP, and sold solely for the account of Tim and Alison Robinson without the knowledge or involvement of the first Reporting Person.
Additionally it was previously anticipated that Tim and Alison Robinson would be contributing 60,600 shares, including the shares sold in the 6/20/11 and 6/21/11 transactions, to Tibero2 LP, however no shares were contributed to Tibero2 LP. Thus, as of the date of this Amendment, 13,900 shares remain to be held by Tim and Alison Robinson for their own (joint) account. The first Reporting Person Andrew Barron Worden does not have trading authorization over, or pecuniary interest in, such shares and disclaims beneficial ownership. The Reporting Persons are members of a group which in aggregate holds 2,232,050 shares inclusive of the shares held by Tim and Alison Robinson for their own (joint) account.
This amount is comprised of 3,700 shares sold by Tim and Alison Robinson for their own account and 4,200 shares sold by Tibero2 LP of which Tim and Alison Robinson are the general partners.
