Mr. Mnaymneh is a control person of H.I.G.-GPII, Inc., which is the manager of the general partner of H.I.G. Bayside Loan Opportunity Fund IV, L.P. (the "Bayside Fund"). Therefore, Mr. Mnaymneh may be viewed as having investment power over all of the shares owned by the Bayside Fund. Mr. Mnaymneh disclaims beneficial ownership of shares of common stock held by the Bayside Fund, except to the extent of his direct pecuniary interest therein.
On May 29, 2024, the Bayside Fund sold to an institutional investor an aggregate of 1,000,000 shares of common stock, $0.001 par value per share, of WhiteHorse Finance, Inc.
