On March 8, 2024, the Reporting Person purchased 2,155 shares of Common Stock through participation as an investor in an underwritten public offering by Landsea Holdings Corporation, the issuer's largest stockholder, at the offering price of $11.60 per share.
Includes 13,540 restricted stock units ("RSUs") granted under the Landsea Homes Corporation 2020 Stock Incentive Plan. Each RSU represents the right to receive one share of the Issuer's common stock, par value $0.0001 per share.
