On August 1, 2011, Mr. Viola acquired additional partnership interests in TSL Equity Partners, L.P. ("TSL Equity") from other limited partners of TSL Equity. TSL Equity is a member of TSL Advisers, LLC ("TSL Advisers"), which directly holds shares of the Issuer. As a result, Mr. Viola increased his indirect beneficial ownership of shares of the Issuer held directly by TSL Advisers.
