Value Capital Partners (Pty) Ltd ("VCP") is investment manager to the Value Capital Partners H4 QI Hedge Fund, a South African collective investment scheme trust ("VCP QIHF"), and certain segregated accounts (together with VCP QIHF, the "VCP Managed Funds").
