As previously disclosed in a November 8, 2022 Form 8-K relating to a JSE announcement disclosing transactions in Company shares, which transactions were also reflected in a prior Form 4, Paul Dell exercised share appreciation rights ("SARs") under the Company's Long-Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") and indicated his intention to dispose of a portion of the shares. Mr. Dell has now sold 203 786 shares (in large part to cover the immediate tax obligations from the settlement of the SARs). Following the conclusion of the exercise of these SARs, Paul Dell has increased his total shareholding in MiX Telematics to 264 787 MiX Telematics ordinary shares.
