("Side CF"), and LGP Associates CF LLC ("Associates CF"). Of the 112,100 shares of Common Stock sold, 82,602 were sold by Main CF, 29,482 were sold by Side CF, and 16 were sold by Associates CF. In connection with the 2020 transactions associated with the business combination of Monocle Acquisition Corporation, AerSale Corporation (f/k/a Monocle Holdings, Inc.) and AerSale Aviation, Inc.
