Anthony Melchiorre ("Mr. Melchiorre") is the managing member of the Reporting Person. As of the date of the latest transaction reported on this Form 4, the Chatham Funds held the aggregate 1,997,954 shares of Class A Common Stock, par value $0.0001 per share, of Fast Acquisition Corp. (the "Company") reported herein. Pursuant to Reg.
