Includes 14 shares of Class A Common Stock purchased pursuant to the Zoom Video Communications, Inc. 2019 Employee Stock Purchase Plan ("ESPP"), for the purchase period of June 14, 2021 to December 10, 2021. In accordance with the ESPP, these shares were purchased at a price equal to 85% of the closing price of Issuer's Class A Common Stock on December 10, 2021.
