This statement is being filed by the following Reporting Persons: Saudi National Bank, the parent entity of SNBCC, which in turn is the sole shareholder of NCB Capital Credit Fund I GP Co., the general partner of the NCB Capital Credit Fund I L.P ("Credit Fund").
Represents shares of common stock of the Issuer directly held by the Credit Fund.
After giving effect to the transaction reported on this Form 4, the aggregate number of shares beneficially owned by SNB is 9,855,653.632, which includes the shares of common stock of the Issuer directly owned by each of SNBCC and the Credit Fund and its general partner.
