On August 30, 2021, the reporting person transferred 8,250 shares of Equinix common stock to a charitable remainder trust of which the reporting person is trustee and of which the reporting person and his spouse are beneficiaries. The reporting person continues to report beneficial ownership of all of the Equinix common stock held by the trust but disclaims beneficial ownership except to the extent of his and his spouse's pecuniary interest therein.
