The reporting person disclaims beneficial ownership except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein, and the inclusion of these securities in this report shall not be deemed an admission of beneficial ownership for purposes of Section 16 or any other purposes.
On March 10, 2020, the reporting person purchased through a limited liability company, in multiple transactions, a total of 38,600 shares of common stock of the Issuer at prices ranging from $10.07 to $10.415.
