The Reporting Person undertakes to provide to the issuer, any security holder of the issuer, or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price within the ranges set forth in footnote (1) to this Form 4.
These shares are held by NexPoint Real Estate Strategies Fund ("NRESF"). The Reporting Person is a co-portfolio manager of NRESF, and may be deemed to be an indirect beneficial owner of shares held by NRESF. The Reporting Person disclaims beneficial ownership of such shares except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein.
These shares are held by a trust, of which Mr. Dondero is the beneficiary. Mr. Dondero disclaims beneficial ownership of such shares.
