The price reported is a weighted average price. These shares were purchased in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $2.75 to $2.88, inclusive. (the "Issuer"), any security holder of the Issuer or the staff of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC"), upon request, full information regarding the number of shares purchased at each separate price within the range set forth in this footnote 2.
Represents shares of the Issuer's common stock owned by Trinad Capital and JJAT Corp. ("JJAT"), as the Reporting Person, the Portfolio Manager of Trinad Capital and owner of JJAT, is deemed to have sole voting and dispositive power over such shares.
