AdageCapital Advisors, L.L.C., a Delaware limited liability company ("ACA"), is the managing member of ACPGP and directs ACPGP's operations. Robert Atchinson and Phillip Gross are themanaging members of ACPGP and ACA and general partners of the Fund.
