Bison Capital Holding Company Limited owns 100% equity interest of Bison Entertainment and Media Group ("BEMG") who then holds 100% equity interest of Bison Entertainment Investment Limited ("BEI").
Warrants held by BEMG. The warrants to purchase up to 1,400,000 shares of Class A Common Stock of the Company were issued by Cinedigm Corp. (the "Company") to BEMG on December 29, 2017 in connection with its agreement to make a loan to the Company in the principal amount of US$10,000,000.
