Effective October 23, 2018, the Issuer split its outstanding Class A and Class B common stock on a one-for-three basis (the "stock split"). As a result of the stock split, every three outstanding shares of the Issuer's Class A common stock were combined into only one share of the Issuer's Class A common stock and every three outstanding shares of the Issuer's Class B common stock were combined into only one share of the Issuer's Class B common stock.
