On November 21, 2017, the Reporting Person filed a Form 4 which inadvertently excluded the purchase of shares in the Initial Public Offering of the Issuer by Lundbeckfond Invest A/S ("LIAS") of 654,762 shares of Common Stock (the "Purchase"). This amendment corrects the exclusion of the purchase by LIAS. The Purchase was reported on a Form 4 filed by LIAS with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on November 21, 2017.
These shares are directly held by LIAS. The Reporting Person is the Managing Partner of LIAS. The reporting person disclaims beneficial ownership of such shares except to the extent of her pecuniary interest, if any, and this report shall not be deemed an admission that the reporting person is the beneficial owner of all of the reported shares for purposes of Section 16 or any other purpose.
