Wardlaw is a managing member of FS Capital, and each of Messrs. Brutocao, Freeman, Geiger, Halloran, John S. Hwang, Christian B. Johnson, Ralph, Roth, Simmons, Spogli and Wardlaw is a member of Freeman Spogli & Co.
