At September 19, 2017, includes shares held by Phoenix Venture Fund LLC ("Phoenix") (1,091,775), SG Phoenix LLC ("SG") (24,524), Mr. Goren (1,659) and Andax LLC ("Andax") (31,527). Mr. Goren is a co-manager of Phoenix and SG and shares voting and dispositive power over the shares held by Phoenix and SG.
