On November 16, 2016, the reporting person purchased, in multiple transactions, a total of 21,276 shares of 8.50% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock of Resource Capital Corp. ("RSO") at prices ranging from $22.40 to $23.50.
On November 17, 2016, the reporting person purchased, in multiple transactions, a total of 21,444 shares of common stock of RSO at prices ranging from $9.36 to $9.43.
Shares are collectively held by Resource Capital Investor, Inc. and Resource Capital Manager, Inc., each indirect wholly-owned subsidiaries of C-III Capital Partners LLC ("C-III"). C-III is externally managed by Island Capital Group LLC,of which the reporting person is the managing member and thus has investment discretion. The reporting person disclaims beneficial ownership except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein, and the inclusion of these securities in this report shall not be deemed an admission of beneficial ownership for purposes of Section 16 or for any other purpose.
