These shares of common stock of the Issuer ("Common Stock") were disposed of in multiple transactions by MJR Ventures, LLC ("MJR") at prices ranging from $18.00 to $18.275, inclusive. The Reporting Person undertakes to provide upon request by the Commission staff, the Issuer, or a security holder of the Issuer full information regarding the number of shares of Common Stock sold at each separate price.
MJR Ventures, LLC ("MJR") is the beneficial owner of such shares of Common Stock. The Reporting Person is a managing member of MJR and may therefore be deemed to beneficially own the securities of the Issuer held by MJR. The Reporting Person expressly disclaims beneficial ownership of such securities, except to the extent of the Reporting Person's pecuniary interest therein.
