Footnotes

The original Form 4 filed August 23, 2016 (the "Original Form 4") incorrectly stated that the reporting person disposed of 6,100 shares, when he actually disposed of 1,304 shares. As a result, the Original Form 4 also incorrectly understated the resulting amount of shares beneficially owned following the transaction in Column 5. This amendment corrects the Original Form 4 by accurately: (1) reporting that 1,304 shares were sold; and (2) stating that the reporting person beneficially owned 13,603 shares following this sale.
The number of shares beneficially owned by the reporting person following this transaction was incorrectly reported on the Original Form 4 as a result of the error described in Footnote 1. This amendment corrects the Original Form 4 by accurately stating that the reporting person beneficially owned 8,803 shares following this sale.
The number of shares beneficially owned by the reporting person was understated as a result of the error described in Footnote 1 on one additional Form 4 filed after the Original Form 4, which was filed on August 26, 2016.
