The shares sold were received by Mr. Deeter in distributions-in-kind by Bessemer Venture Partners VIII L.P. ("BVP VIII") and Bessemer Venture Partners VIII Institutional L.P. ("BVP VIII Inst" and together with BVP VIII, the "Funds"), which distributions were made in accordance with the exemption afforded by Rule 16a-13 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the "DIKs"). The shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $23.33 to $23.78. The Reporting Person undertakes to provide to the issuer, any security holder of the issuer or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price within the range set forth in this footnote.
After the DIKs, BVP VIII owns 930,064 shares and BVP VIII Inst owns 1,118,538 shares.
Mr. Deeter is a director of Deer VIII & Co. Ltd. ("Deer VIII Ltd"), the general partner of Deer VIII & Co. L.P. ("Deer VIII LP"), the general partner of the Funds.
