This amendment is being filed to amend the number of shares of common stock acquired by the reporting person in August of 2015 pursuant to a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan. Based on reports received from her broker, the reporting person initially reported two separate purchases of 526 shares of common stock at purchase prices of $0.8549 and $1.0451. The broker subsequently determined that only one purchase of 526 shares of common stock, at a price of $1.0451 per share, was completed and sent the reporting person a monthly statement showing only a single transaction at $1.0451. Therefore, the reporting person is filing this amendment to the Form 4 originally filed on August 11, 2015 to delete Row 1 of Table I in the original report and to correct the number of shares of common stock beneficially owned by her following the reported transaction.
The purchases reported were effected pursuant to a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan adopted by the reporting person.
