This transaction is disclosing shares that were previously erroneously reported as a direct ownership on Form 4's dated June 12, 2015 and March 13, 2015. On February 26, 2015, beneficial ownership of the 67,642 shares were transferred by the reporting person to the Peter M. Alonso Revocable Trust dated 2/6/1998 in a transaction exempt from reporting under Rule 16a-13.
