Bain Capital Investors, LLC ("BCI") is the general partner of Bain Capital Integral Investors 2008, L.P. ("BCII 2008"). By virtue of this relationship, BCI may be deemed to share voting and dispositive power with respect to all of the shares of Common Stock held by BCII 2008. BCI disclaims beneficial ownership of such securities except to the extent of its pecuniary interest therein. On August 5, 2015, BCII 2008 sold 2,390,191 shares of Common Stock. Following such sale BCII 2008 held 9,918,232 shares of Common Stock.
BCI is also the administrative member of BCIP TCV, LLC ("BCIP TCV"). By virtue of this relationship, BCI may be deemed to share voting and dispositive power with respect to all of the shares of Common Stock held by BCIP TCV. BCI disclaims beneficial ownership of such securities except to the extent of its pecuniary interest therein. On August 5, 2015, BCIP TCV sold 6,245 shares of Common Stock.
