At the time of the Reporting Person's last ownership report, the Reporting Person was a partner at Greatpoint Ventures Fund I, LLC ("GPV") and reported as beneficial owned 345,642 shares of Common Stock owned by GPV. On December 29, 2014, GPV made a distribution of 115,880 shares of Common Stock to the Reporting Person upon the termination of the relationship between the Reporting Person and GPV. The reporting person no longer reports as beneficially owned any securities owned by GPV. On April 17, 2015, the Reporting Person transferred 52,146 shares pursuant to a court decree.
