- On March 6, 2015, the Reporting Person sold 1,928,646 shares of the Issuer's common stock and his brother sold 909,548 shares of the Issuer's common stock to Symmetric Capital LLC pursuant to a Stock Purchase Agreement among the parties dated March 6, 2015.
