Of the 1,383,081 shares of the Issuer's Common Stock beneficially owned directly and indirectly by the Reporting Person, 361,500 are owned indirectly through Cenfin LLC, 976,140 are owned jointly with Jennifer Just, 42,441 are owned by the Hulsizer Descendent Trust and 3,000 are held by the Reporting Person as Custodian for Jam-es Hulsizer.
