The shares were purchased and are owned by Matador Capital Partners, L.P., of which BFK Investments LLC is the general partner. (On June 30, 2010, BFK Investments LLC replaced JABAM, Inc. as the general partner of Matador Capital Partners, L.P.) The reporting person is the senior managing member and controlling shareholder of BFK Investments LLC.
