Mr. Rice filed a Form 4 on February 6, 2014 which stated that Mr. Rice directly owned 109,904 shares of the Company's common stock. Upon review, it was discovered that 400 shares of common stock were inadvertently not accounted for and therefore 400 shares of common stock have been added to the total to correctly represent the number of shares of common stock directly owned by Mr. Rice.
