- On May 16, 2014, Energy Corporation of America ("ECA") entered into a sales agreement with a third party to sell up to 2,500,000 common units of ECA Marcellus Trust I ("ECT Common Units") and at that time ECA owned 2,157,290 ECT Units. ECA delivered 2,157,290 ECT Common Units to the third party and without consulting ECA, the third party purchased an additional 342,710 ECT Common Units for the account of ECA in the open market at the prevailing market price.
- On May 16, 2014, ECA sold the remaining 2,500,000 ECT Common Units owned by ECA to a third party for $7.50 per ECT Common Unit.
