The entities directly selling the shares reported in this filing are SPO Partners II, L.P. ("SPO Partners"), which sold 6,857,600 shares, and San Francisco Partners, L.P. ("SF Partners"), which sold 492,400 shares. The range of prices for the sales on 5/6/14, reported in Line 1 above, was $2.75-$3.04; the range of prices for the sales on 5/7/14, reported in Line 2 above, was $2.59-$2.83; and the range of prices for the sales on 5/8/14, reported in Line 3 above, was $2.41-$2.67. ("SPO Corp."), the sole general partner of SPO Advisory, and (iii) John H. Scully ("JHS"), Edward H. McDermott ("EHM") and Eli J. Weinberg ("EJW") the three controlling persons of SPO Corp.
