After all reported transactions, Mr. Gross owns 532,617 shares of common stock which includes 273,793 shares of common stock held by About Face, Ltd., 200,390 shares held by BLG Partners, 15,100 shares owned directly by Mr. Gross, 10,000 shares held in his IRA account and includes presently exercisable options to purchase 33,334 shares. About Face Ltd. is a general partner of the partnership and owns a 1% interest in the partnership.
