On May 7, 2010, the reporting person filed a Form 4 reporting the exercise of 150,000 options and the subsequent sale of the underlying 150,000 shares of common stock (the "Original Form 4"). The Original Form 4 was filed using the incorrect CIK number for the Issuer. This Form 4 is being filed to replace and supersede the Original Form 4, to update the number of shares held in the 401(k) Plan by the reporting person and to change the Transaction Code under Table II, Column 4 as shown in the Original Form 4.
The price reported in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $14.00 to $14.30, inclusive.
