Dr. Wilson sold 1,600,000 shares in the form of CDIs to Warragai Investments Pty Ltd as trustee fot the Monteith Trust. Dr. Wilson is a director of Warragai Investments Pty Ltd and a potential beneficiary of the Monteith Trust. Dr. Wilson is the trustee for her children with respect to 44,700 shares in the form of CDIs. 400,000 shares in the form of CDIs are held by a superannuation fund of which Dr. Wilson is a director and a potential beneficiary. Dr. Wilson disclaims beneficial ownership in all such shares, except to the extent of her pecuniary interest therein.
Dr. Wilson purchased an additional 1,800 shares in the form of CDIs as trustee for her children.
