These shares are held by SLF Industry, L.P. The general partner of SLF Industry, L.P. is SLF Management, LLC, a member-managed limited liability company, the managing member of which is the Reporting Person. The Reporting Person disclaims beneficial ownership of these shares except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein, and the inclusion of these shares in this report shall not be deemed an admission that the Reporting Person is the beneficial owner of the reported shares for the purpose of Section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, or for any other purpose.
