Of the shares listed, 393,817 shares are beneficially owned by the Still Family Trust, 196,908 shares are beneficially owned by Still Family Partners, 1,913 shares are beneficially owned by Itasca VC Partners VIII, LLP ("Itasca"), 801 shares were beneficially owned by Genesis VC Partners IX, LLP ("Genesis") and 1,876 shares are held by Norwest Venture Partners VIII, L.P. ("NVP VIII"). By virtue of his position as managing director or managing partner of Itasca and Genesis, Mr. Still may be deemed to beneficially own the shares held by such entities and may be deemed to beneficially own the shares held by NVP VIII, of which Itasca is the general partner. Mr. Still disclaims beneficial ownership of all such shares, except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein.
