These securities are owned solely by Robert F. Sykes. Of the units of limited partnership interest gifted by the Robert F. Sykes Annuity Trust and the Catherine H. Sykes Annuity Trust on December 31, 2007, 79,639 were gifted to the Robert F. Sykes Living Trust and 78,995 were gifted to the Catherine H. Sykes Living Trust. Robert F. Sykes is the trustee and beneficiary of the Robert F. Sykes Living Trust. Robert F. Sykes' wife is the trustee and beneficiary of the Catherine H. Sykes Living Trust.
