Footnotes

Each restricted stock unit represents a contingent right to receive one share of common stock.
The restricted stock units immediately vested upon the closing of the issuer's initial public offering on June 12, 2013. The restricted stock units will become payable in cash or stock, at the issuer's discretion, one year from the effective date of the initial public offering.
With regards to 127,989 of the options, 50% become vested on June 7, 2015, and the remaining 50% become vested on June 7, 2016. The remaining 261,159 options vest ratably, in quarterly installments. The first 1/12 becomes vested on September 7, 2013 with the remaining vesting in equal installments every three months thereafter.
