This option was previously reported as an option for 20,000 shares of common stock at an exercise price of $37.40 per share, but was adjusted to reflect the 50% stock dividends declared by WCI on May 25, 2004, March 13, 2007 and November 12, 2010 which was payable on November 12, 2010, to all holders of record of common stock on November 12, 2010. Accordingly, on November 12, 2010, the date the last stock dividend was paid, the option became exercisable for 67,500 shares of common stock at an exercise price of $11.08 per share.
